Beiben V3 accessories share with you that there is no emergency stop for air duct damage?

If a circuit of the brake system is damaged, we should drive to a nearby maintenance point to repair it to determine whether other parts are in good condition. Why?

Let's learn from the "protection" four circuit protection valve in the brake system with the beiben V3 parts manufacturer. After understanding, we will know why we don't stop when a circuit of the brake system is damaged!

Working principle of four circuit protection valve.

According to different applications, four are connected in parallel, and the air pressure is filled at the same time, or 1.2 circuit is inflated before 3.4 circuit. The four circuit protection valves of some models of beiben V3 accessories have bypass holes to ensure that when one circuit fails, the braking system will expand from 0bar.

The compressed air enters the four circuit protection valve from the regulating valve and enters the four cycles of the system through the bypass holes (a, B, C, d) and the check valves (h, J, Q, R). At the same time, pressure will be generated under the valve (g, K, P, s). When the set opening pressure (protection pressure) is reached, the valve will open, and the diaphragm (F, I, O, t) overcomes the pressure of the spring (E, m, N, U) again, so as to expand it. On this basis, the compressed air flows into the 1-circuit air reservoir and the 2-circuit air reservoir of the service braking system through port 21.22, and enters the 3.4 circuit through port 23.24. The 3-circuit supplies air to the emergency braking and parking braking system of the truck, and also supplies air to the trailer. The auxiliary braking system adopts four circuit air supply.

The four ring protection valve (hereinafter referred to as the four ring protection valve) is arranged by multiple pressure limiting check valves (generally four) according to the relationship, and the rest of the functional mechanisms are appropriately attached to the position, so as to realize the air supply in the braking system of commercial vehicles and ensure the independent operation of each circuit.

In the braking system, if one or more turns fail, the four circuits can maintain the braking air pressure of the complete circuit.

If the air pressure in the front axle circuit is low (air leakage), other circuits can still supply air. If the air pressure in the rear axle circuit is not available, stop the vehicle in time. Use the braking efficiency to stop the vehicle in a safe area.

Warm prompt: when the front axle of the four circuit protection valve of beiben V3 accessory is damaged, the other circuits can still maintain the 6.5 pressure brake pressure, and the brake is still effective!
