Adjustment method of beiben V3 accessory angle oil sprayer:

(1) Turn the flywheel to the specified injection advance angle position before the top dead center of the compression stroke. Rotate the flywheel along the direction of rotation of the diesel engine and do not reverse it!

(2) Rotate the drive end of the high-pressure oil pump according to the rotation direction of the oil pump to fix it at the oil supply position of cylinder 1. The judgment method is to align the scribed line (FB) of the advancer with the scribed line of the indicator plate on the pump body.

(3) Tighten the hexagon bolt m12x55 of the angle adjusting plate on the coupling to the specified torque of 100nm.

(4) Turn the flywheel a little in the reverse direction, and then turn it in the forward direction. Pay attention to observation, and recheck the oil supply advance angle of cylinder 1, so that (1) and (2) are met at the same time, that is, the adjustment is correct. Otherwise, readjust it according to the above steps.

Two points: ① the scribed lines on the fuel injection advancer FB and the indicator scribed lines on the pump body are sometimes covered by paint when painting before leaving the factory. The paint should be removed here to see. ② The timing line is not marked on some fuel injection pumps. The method to judge the oil supply position of the high-pressure oil pump is to use a small bucket or a hand pressure oil pump to supply oil to the high-pressure pump, remove the high-pressure oil pipe joint of cylinder 1, while rotating the camshaft of the high-pressure oil pump, carefully observe the oil level in the tight seat of the oil outlet valve of cylinder 1, and stop rotating the camshaft of the high-pressure oil pump once the oil level rises. The position at this time is the oil supply position of cylinder 1. A small amount of reversing flywheel (not less than crankshaft angle

120 °), and then align the flywheel and observe the oil level of the tight seat of the oil valve. Once the oil level rises, check whether the scribed line of the specified injection advance angle on the flywheel is aligned with the scribed line on the flywheel housing. If it is aligned, the adjustment is correct. Otherwise, it should be readjusted until the adjustment is correct.

The reasons why the engine oil filler and oil dipstick of beiben V3 diesel engine drain oil are as follows: ① the oil level in the oil pan is too high; ② The air pressure in the oil pan is too high.

The reasons for the high pressure of the oil pan are as follows: ① the oil temperature is too high; ② The oil-gas separator is blocked or the crankcase vent is blocked, so that there is no place for the exhaust gas and engine oil steam in the oil pan to relieve pressure, resulting in the escape from the engine oil inlet; ③ The engine cylinder is poorly sealed, and the high-pressure gas in the cylinder enters the oil bottom.

Other reasons: ① individual cylinder pulling or cylinder liner cracks; ② Matching of piston rings of individual cylinders; ③ The piston ring is stuck in the ring groove, and the sealing performance of the cylinder decreases; ④ The engine cylinder and piston ring are severely worn and air leakage occurs. ⑤ The piston breaks and high temperature and high pressure gas enters the crankcase.

If the cylinder of beiben V3 accessory leaks, the engine should have blowby. The cause of the cylinder leakage is checked and eliminated through the test. The diesel engine is equipped with an oil-gas separator above the front of the fuselage, or the oil-gas separator may be blocked, causing the engine to leak oil from the oil dipstick. If the oil-gas separator is blocked, remove the oil-gas separator, purge with air, clean the oil-gas separator to make it unblocked, start the engine, and the fault can be eliminated. Clean the oil-gas separator and pipeline during the secondary maintenance of the vehicle.
