1) the cause of the failure
There are many reasons for the lubricating oil pressure is too low, mainly in the following aspects: the oil pressure gauge misalignment; lubricating oil pressure sensor performance; oil viscosity reduction; gasoline pump diaphragm rupture of the gasoline leak into the oil sump or the combustion chamber of unburned gas leakage into the oil pan, the oil lubricating oil dilution; the bottom shell oil level is too low; lubricating oil pump gear wear, pump cover wear or pump cover gasket is too thick oil supply capacity is too low; lubricating oil in lubricating oil filter plug; the pressure limiting valve is not tightly closed or improper adjustment, spring break; inside and outside the pipeline leakage point; crankshaft main bearings, connecting rod bearings and camshaft bearings wear loose, loose bearing cover, antifriction alloy or burning off etc..
2) diagnostic method
(1) when starting the engine for the first time, pay attention to the indication of the oil pressure gauge of Baotou North running heavy truck parts. If just starting when the pressure is normal, and then rapidly decreased to less than the specified value, indicating lack of sump oil, lubricating oil should stop 15min after all return to the sump, then check the oil volume: out of the oil level scale observation level, should be between the upper and lower level meter mark or mark the scale of "F" and "L"; if the oil level is lower than the lower limit of the scale or "L", is that this fault.

If the lubricating oil pressure is enough, the sensor will fail. Otherwise, if the oil flow pressure is insufficient, the oil way will not be blocked. It means that the fault is not in the sensor, and it should continue to look up.
If the lubricating oil pressure limiting valve is exposed outside the engine block, it can shut down the technical condition of the engine check the pressure limiting valve. If the pressure limiting valve is seriously worn, the spring is too soft, the spring is broken or adjusted, the fault is here.
If the pressure limiting valve, lubricating oil dipstick can be pulled out by hand twisting test, the viscosity of lubricating oil, if the oil is too thin, that the oil viscosity changes; if gasoline lubricating oil, lubricating oil is that gasoline or gasoline vapor is diluted.
