Common sense clutch block failure in North V3 fittings maintenance

 1) failure phenomenon

(1) when the car starts, it still feels difficult to clutch the clutch, or though it can be forced to hang up, but before lifting the clutch pedal, the car will move forward or stall.

It is difficult or not to hang up when the gear is changed when the transmission is changed, and the gear impact sound is sent out in the transmission.

2) the cause of the failure

(1) the free travel of the clutch pedal is too large, and the working stroke is too small, which makes the pressure plate move backward, and can not completely relieve the clamping force of the driven plate, and the clutch is in a semi Union state.

Second, the bending deformation of the separation lever, the support loosening, the shaft pin hole wear, the shaft pin out, and the contact surface of the separation lever and the separation bearing are different.

(3) North Run V3 accessories, the clutch driven plate warps, the steel piece is broken, the friction surface is uneven, the thick new friction lining is replaced, the driven plate or the middle pressure plate is wrongly installed, so that it can not be separated.

(4) the key groove of the clutch driven disc hub and the first spline tooth of the transmission are corroded or have oil pollution, which makes the driven disc stagnation and can not be separated.

(5) the first axle bearing of the V3 parts transmission of North Ben is bitten by the first axle bearing, causing the engine to drag the transmission directly.

The clearance adjustment of the hydraulic operating system in the master cylinder piston and push rod of the main cylinder or improper; cylinder leakage; air circuit, the low pressure of the clutch can not completely isolated.

3) analysis and diagnosis

1. Put the gear lever in the neutral position, step down the clutch pedal, and the other person use the screwdriver to move the clutch driven plate under the car. It's easier to stir in the normal state. If it's hard to stir, it's a clutch block.

Check whether the free travel of the clutch pedal of the North Ben V3 parts is too large, whether the lever height is equal and conform to the factory regulations, and whether the lever installation is firm.

If the above debugging is invalid, the clutch assembly should be dismantled to check. If the driven disc is wrong in the opposite side, it should be checked correctly after its flatness is checked. If the new over thick friction lining is used, the same appropriate thickness washer can be installed at the connection points between the clutch cover and the flywheel at the time of loading. If the disc is warped and the key piece is broken, it should be replaced.

Check whether the middle pressure plate is loaded or not, the position must be correct, whether the spring force of the separation spring is too soft or broken, the unqualified person should be replaced.

The clutch can not be separated the hydraulic operating mechanism, if the clutch pedal feel light, and the push rod cylinder does not move, then show that the air oil, should be deflated; if the master cylinder and cylinder oil, cleaning the cavity and the piston, replacing cups and seals when necessary.
