(4) Baotou North rush heavy truck parts, transmission box, drive axle, universal joint (or semi axis) transmission device and other lubrication good, reliable connection, no noise and overheating, do not jump gear, flexible gear, no oil leakage.

(5) the brake pedal free stroke and brake intermittent meet the requirements, driving, parking brake good, no deviation phenomenon when braking and brake drag delay phenomenon, the inertia proportional valve works normally, no oil leakage.

(6) tire pressure is normal (different type of high and low pressure standards are different).

(7) the cantilever and shock absorption are fixed and reliable, the function is normal, the temperature of the hub bearing is not high after moving.

(8) generator, starter, light, instrument, signal lamp, button, switch, accessory equipment is complete and complete, can work normally.

(9) the lubrication points of the whole car are filled with lubricating oil.

(10) the whole car is washed and cleaned.

Vehicle three level maintenance inspection items

1. engine maintenance operation:

(1) disintegration engine, cleaning and inspection of the parts: cylinder block, cylinder head should be clean, no carbon deposits, oil pollution, scale; oil road clean and smooth.

(2) the flatness of the cylinder head per 50MM shall be no more than 0.05MM.

(3) the valve seat shall not be lower than the cylinder head plane 0.5MM (whichever is the highest).

(4) the cylinder bore taper and out of roundness is not more than the limit.

(5) grinding valve: the contact surface should be bright and clean, sealed well, should not leak.

(6) replace the piston ring as required.

(7) check the crankshaft main bearing and connecting rod bearing clearance, clearance is too large, can be adjusted.

(8) if the Bush damage or the journal wear, replace and re grinding bearings and grinding shaft neck.

(9) remove coke; available scraper, blade (or bamboo), metal brush cleaning, also available carbon scavenger removal.

(10) replace the cylinder head gasket.

(11) measure cylinder pressure: check engine speed.

2. chassis maintenance work:

(1): flexible steering, steering mechanism, cross rod bending, no crack, screw and keyway intact, flexible rotation, no looseness, locking device, bolt.

(2) disassembling the steering gear: disassembling, checking, cleaning and replacing damaged parts. After assembly, it should be flexible, free of jam and load test.

(3) disassembly and foot brakes shall be carried out according to the two level maintenance requirements.

(4) check the pipe joint, three pipe threads should be intact, tightly, do not leak. Check the brake hose, and adjacent components shall not be friction, collision: hose shall not damage, leak, drum, layer or stained with oil.
