Failure cause analysis
Although the V3 engine is normal, there is still a certain piston ring passing through the compressor. The compressor enters the crankcase but has little damage to the engine.

The oil and gas separator separates the oil and gas from the crankcase, and compares the closed hermetic oil and gas separator. The separated gas is sucked into the combustion chamber to burn, and the oil flows into the oil pan through the loop.
The open oil separator separates the separated gas directly into the atmosphere. At present, the domestic diesel engine basically uses the open arrangement.
Open the oil and gas separator system will appear "spray oil" phenomenon, if the oil and gas separator clogging, crankcase pressure is too high, the oil sump oil through the pipeline, the oil return port will enter the oil and gas separator, ejected from the air outlet.
The phenomenon that the gas separator is blocked is generally as follows:
1, engine overload.
The higher the engine speed, the greater the load,
The more gas mixed into the crankcase,
It is easy to cause overload failure of oil gas separator.
2, the gap is too large.
North V3 fittings cylinder head, valve guide and valve clearance value is too large
(especially with the use of butterfly valves at this time).
3, air compressor channeling.
Caused by the wear of the piston ring of the air compressor.
The air compressor is blocked by air, resulting in channeling, such as the blockage of the air compressor outlet pipe and the blockage of the drying tank.
As the vehicle age increases, the gap values of each part will increase as well, and then the probability of such a situation will increase.
The reason of fault cases is fourth, is the compressor pump oil vapor gas channeling, resulting in the dirty things to plug the drying tank, engine oil, water vapor resistance anti gas channeling to the crankcase exhaust pipe leads to drop of oil.
Resolvent
1. Check that the vents are blocked,
If there is a blockage, remove the interface for cleaning.
2, check the North V3 fittings pump, channeling the oil situation is serious, the right remedy.
3. Check whether the drying tank is blocked,
If there is a blockage, clean the drying tank or replace it.
If these simple methods can not solve the problem of oil spills, it will have to pay to repair the site.
Under the exhaust oil leakage is not necessarily four matching problems, there is no need to easily overhaul the engine, replace four matching.
In this case the problem is to solve the problems of air pump, but an air pump gas cleaning drying tank, thus, the engine is a complex system, channeling oil may not caused by component failure, check the fault must observe, not arbitrary. Of course, if the air pump is really damaged, it should be the ventilation pump assembly.
