Two, check:

Three, exclusion:
1, check the Baotou beiben fitting the clutch pedal free travel is too large, and the adjustment.
2, check the Baotou beiben accessories are the same, whether the release lever height is too low.
In the car shifting fork, separating the bearing end gently against the release lever on the inner end surface, turning clutch a week to view, if the separation of the inner end of the lever and separation of bearing contact is not on, indicating a high degree of leverage separation is not consistent, should be adjusted.
If the lever is highly consistent, the separation is not complete, it is necessary to check the height of the lever. The separation of the lever to the same height, if it can be completely separated, indicating that the original adjustment or improper wear too much. After adjusting the lever, the free travel of the clutch pedal must be readjusted.
3, if the adjustment is normal, still not completely separated, we must remove the clutch, check whether the installed anti driven disc, axial movement is difficult, the driven disk warping, separation lever screw is loose, floating pin is off.
4, for the new clutch friction plate riveting, to check the clutch disc and the friction plate is too thick. If it is too thick, you can add a gasket between the clutch cover and the flywheel.
5, for the hydraulic transmission of the clutch, in addition to the above inspection, but also check whether the brake fluid is missing, the pipeline is leaking and discharge the air in the hydraulic system.
