The main reasons for the above phenomena are as follows:

The impact of fuel supply system failure

Insufficient fuel supply

Fuel system should be able to properly spray good atomized fuel into the cylinder. If the fuel system is malfunctioning and there is less fuel in the injector cylinder, the heat generated by combustion will be reduced. When the heat is reduced to insufficient load, the engine will be powerless.

The influence of injection advance angle

The amount of fuel in the injector cylinder should be appropriate. If the pressure rise rate of fuel increases in the initial stage, the engine will work roughly. Rough work will consume part of the power, that is, the utilization of thermal efficiency is not high, and the effective power of external output will be reduced. When the injection advance angle is too small, the combustion process mostly moves to the expansion work process, which reduces the pressure rise rate, lowers the maximum pressure, increases the exhaust temperature, increases the heat loss of cooling water and significantly reduces the thermal efficiency.

Poor spray quality

The North jet V3 parts engine has poor spray quality when working, so that the fuel surface area injected into the cylinder is small, and the oxygen binding rate is reduced. Even if the amount of oil injected into the cylinder is very large, the quantity of heat emitted from the cylinder is low due to poor atomization quality and little oxygenation reaction.

Effect of ambient temperature

When the ambient temperature is too high, it often causes the engine to overheat. Under the dual action of high ambient temperature and engine overheating, the air expands, which affects the inflatability of Beiben V3 fittings engine and reduces the engine power. When the ambient temperature is too low, the fuel will evaporate badly in the cylinder, resulting in incomplete combustion, that is, the heat generated by the working medium in the cylinder will be reduced.

Inflatable volume effect

Fuel can burn in the cylinder, mainly as a result of the chemical reaction of carbon atoms in diesel oil with oxygen atoms (generating carbon dioxide) to release heat. If the cross section of air flow is reduced due to the blockage of air filter (the intake of engine turbocharger equipped with turbocharger decreases when the turbocharger fails) or the influence of valve distribution mechanism. As a result, the insufficient inflatability of the engine results in that the carbon atoms in the fuel can not fully react with the oxygen atoms, so the heat released decreases and the engine is powerless.

Poor sealing of machine parts containing working media

If the cylinder gasket is damaged, the valve is not closed properly, and the clearance between the piston and the cylinder wall is too large, it can cause air leakage and poor compression, resulting in poor combustion effect of fuel in the cylinder and engine powerlessness.

Effect of Engine Resistance

If the engine assembly is too tight and the oil is too thick, the engine resistance will be too large. In addition to overcoming the friction and the resistance of the auxiliary device, the effective power output of the Beiben V3 engine decreases, that is, the engine is powerless.

Diagnosis and exclusion
