If the above debugging is invalid, the clutch assembly should be removed to check the status of the friction disk, for example, whether the surface of the friction disc is stained with oil, whether the surface of the friction piece is slightly eroding or hardening, and whether there are individual rivets.
When the friction plate is in good condition, the clutch is decomposed and the elastic force of the spring is checked. If there is a slight reduction in individual spring sprit, it can be continued to use the washer with appropriate thickness under the compression spring. If the elastic force is too weak or even broken, it should be replaced.
