1. advance angle of oil supply should be earlier

Some drivers prefer earlier when adjusting the fuel injection timing of diesel engines, and some even exceed the specified value of 2-3. They believe that the fuel advance angle is adjusted earlier, and the engine works vigorously. But the premature oil supply advance angle is also harmful to the work of diesel engine and the late oil supply advance angle. One is that the high explosion pressure makes the high temperature gas easily flee into the lower crankcase, which causes the high temperature fission of the oil, and the oil will easily evaporate into oil and steam, causing the crankcase to burn and burn. Two, the rapid combustion of excessive fuel in the cylinder will increase the heat load of the piston crown and cause the overheating damage of the piston. The three is that the vibration of cylinder liner accelerates the occurrence of cavitation and cylinder block corrosion, resulting in damage. Four, it will cause knock on cylinder, increase piston force on cylinder liner, increase vibration of cylinder liner, cause fatigue damage of cylinder liner. The five is premature oil supply advance angle which makes the accumulating fuel in the front cylinder of the top stop too much, and the explosion pressure increases a lot after the combustion. It will increase the mechanical load of the piston rod and cause the damage of these parts. Six, excessive heat load will cause cracks in the cylinder head and deformation of the valve seat.

2. the oil should be added a little more

Diesel engine oil will be sucked empty, oil pressure will drop, the oil can not reach the lubrication surface, which will accelerate the wear and tear parts, and even tile burning accident. Therefore, some drivers like to add a bit more oil at a time, greatly exceeding the prescribed number of lines (quantity), so as to achieve once and for all. Too much oil can also cause many bad consequences: first, too much oil is easy to leak in the front and back of the crankshaft of the heavy parts of Baotou, increase the oil consumption, and also pollute the environment, increase the difficulty of maintenance; secondly, the high oil surface will hinder the movement of the connecting rod, increase the resistance and reduce the mechanical effect. Third, the third, too much oil is easy to go up to the combustion chamber and burn out, increase the consumption of oil. 3. diesel engine speed should be a little lower

Many drivers are reluctant to work at the speed of the diesel engine. They think the speed is low and they will not fail. In fact, the low speed will also bring some adverse consequences: one is that the low speed will reduce the output power of the diesel engine and reduce its power; two is that the low speed will lead to the decrease of the working speed of the components, the performance of the components and the output pressure of the oil pump, and the three is to reduce the reserve of the diesel engine. Power, so that the diesel engine should be in normal work in full load or overload working state; four is the low speed also reduces the speed of the working mechanism of the linkage mechanism, which will reduce the mechanical performance of the work, such as reducing the water output of the pump, reducing the pump's lift and so on.

4. the water temperature should be a little lower

There is a clear requirement for the use of water temperature for diesel engines, but some drivers prefer to adjust the water temperature very low, some close to the lower limit of the water temperature, and some are less than the lower limit.
