Common fault phenomenon

B, through the use of soapy water to check the air leakage source, eliminate the "air leakage in the handshake connection", "pipe joint leakage", "brake gas chamber cross gas", "emergency valve leakage", "Trailer ABS valve leakage" and other possible failures.


If air leakage still exists, it is necessary to check whether the valve body is inflow or can see obvious rust. This phenomenon indicates that the trailer's trachea filter, dry effect is not good, and the body may need to be replaced.


Common fault phenomenon two


The trailer can't start after it is in the car and hold it all the time. It is as follows:


A. first unplug the ABS helix to see if it can start normally to eliminate the circuit problem.


B. makes the tractor be in a state of inflation, unplug the trachea of the hand control valve and check whether the outlet air pressure is normal (the air pressure under the inflating state should be very large).
