2. The reasons for the slow motion of the carriage lift are as follows:
A, the oil return path is not smooth, and the friction resistance of the lifting cylinder is too large.

5. The carriage does not fall
It is mainly due to insufficient air pressure, which can not cause the distributor valve to return to the oil valve, or the valve of the limit valve is damaged, and the lifting switch and lifting cylinder are stuck.
6. The lifting of the carriage can not be stopped at any position
Most of them are dirty oil so that the check valve is not well sealed, or the distribution valve and oil return valve are not well sealed.
Two. Troubleshooting
First, check whether there is enough oil level. When insufficient, the regulations should be added. Check whether the operating mechanism of the power take-off is normal, whether the oil and gas paths leak or not, and check whether there is any blockage when necessary. Check whether the oil pump, distribution valve, limit valve and so on are good, whether the lifting cylinder is well sealed, and repair if necessary. Various control valves of the control system fail, and new parts should be replaced. The hydraulic oil is not clean, causing oil road blockage or hydraulic insufficiency, the hydraulic oil should be replaced when the movement is slow and the carriage is not in place. When the oil pump transmission mechanism or gear shaft sleeve is damaged, the operation and the internal leakage are serious, the replacement should be given to the replacement.
Three. Maintenance of hydraulic transmission system
After the wear of the main and driven gear bearing of the driven gear shaft of the Baotou North running heavy truck, the gap between the teeth will increase, which leads to the decline in the displacement of the oil pump, the decline of the working stability and the noise. The wear of the shaft neck and bearing will also cause the change of the radial clearance between the gear and the pump cavity, which causes the corresponding center line of the gear pump cavity to move into the oil cavity. It will easily produce radial runout in the work, and make the part of the region larger and the part of the region smaller. Large clearance causes leakage, oil pump flow and pressure drop, and small clearance will cause the gear top collision and friction, causing damage to the pump chamber. The wear, scraping and slotting of the end cover or end face bearing of the gear end and pump body end or end face will cause the leakage of the oil cavity inside the oil pump and increase the loop, so the oil pump pressure and flow decrease from the leakage of the oil outlet and the increase of the oil into the oil inlet cavity. After finding the fault caused by the above abrasion damage and finding out the cause, replace it immediately.
Four. Main points of maintenance of hydraulic system

After the assembly is disassembled and decomposed, the parts should be carefully placed in the washing oil, avoid bumps and scratches. The cleaning work of the parts is very important, and the dirt and metal impurities are strictly prohibited in the assembly so as to avoid aggravating the wear, stagnation and failure of the machine parts. Strictly select and add the working fluid according to the regulations, filter and ensure the oil is clean when necessary, and there is no leakage phenomenon in the use system. During maintenance, parts should be avoided to prevent damage and deformation of parts.
