1. Abnormal digestion of lubricating oil

Two. Engine overheating failure


During the operation, the temperature of the coolant is too high. Once the cooling temperature exceeds the normal value, the engine can not heat properly, which will cause the engine to overheat and affect the normal operation of the engine. The main reasons for the abnormal cooling system work are: North Ben V3 accessories thermostat failure, radiator failure, fan not turning, North running V3 accessories water tank clogging.


When the temperature of the coolant is abnormal, the car dashboard should stop and check to see if the coolant is leaking. It should be noted that the hot car can not be stopped immediately, nor can it immediately be added to the coolant, but after the engine temperature is normal. If there is a lot of coolant, the engine thermostat and fan heat dissipation should be excluded.


Three, odor of engine bin


Affected by the high temperature of the engine, the conductor may be burnt or coked, giving off pungent odor. It is also possible to smear grease in a large amount during maintenance and produce odors with the increase of engine temperature. In the course of driving, the car finds a pungent odor or scorching smell. It should stop immediately to check whether the lines are softened or burned around the engine. The lines of scorched or short circuited should be repaired in time to avoid greater safety accidents. After removing the line fault, there are still peculiar smell. We should consider whether the oil on the surface of the engine, foreign matter being heated, volatilized or burned.


Four. Abnormal color of exhaust gas


After the normal combustion of the vehicle, the exhaust color should be colorless, and the engine will fail, and the color of the exhaust gas will also change.


1. exhaust gas is black because fuel is not fully burned. The sensors associated with the intake air should be checked;


2. the fuel does not meet the combustion standard, or the water in the gasoline will discharge the white tail gas. We should check the spark plug failure and fuel quality of the North Ben V3 accessories.


3. the tail gas is blue, maybe because the piston ring is too much worn or the ring of the oil ring, causing the oil to move into the combustor, or the oil from the valve tube to take part in the combustion. We should check the problems of spark plugs or valve oil seals. We should check them in time and replace new ones when necessary.
