(1) phenomenon

The gearbox is not in line with the required gear in the gear shift or driving, or although it is put in the required gear, it can not return to the space or hang into two files once, and the car can not walk. If a vehicle can not be attached to the first gear and the reverse gear, the transmission fork will be broken when it is dismantled and removed. After breaking the transmission fork mounted complex transmission, the second gear will start normally. But after driving for a period of time, the car can't run when it stops and restarts.

(2) cause and analysis

Hang two files. After taking out an inverted split fork, the sliding gear is not controlled by interlocking mechanism. It can slide freely on the two axis. In the process of stopping or accelerating or decelerating, the car automatically hangs one gear or inverted gear in the action of the inertia force, and the driver starts to hang on the second gear when the driver starts, so it can not start and walk.

(3) diagnosis

Hang up the neutral gear, step north to the V3 accessories clutch pedal, start the engine, slow up the clutch, if the car can walk, it means that the gear is in disorder.

(4) other reasons for the disorderly file

1) loose, damaged, broken or shedding of the positioning pin of the spherical support seat of the gearshift lever, the spring of the speed lever ball head is broken or lost control, which can cause the swinging rod to wiggle at any time, and can rotate, so that the transmission bar cannot correctly dial the shift fork and produce the disordered gear.

2) the lower wear of the ball head working face at the lower end of the V3 fittings, the groove of the shifting fork guide block or the ball head and the head seat, can not play the role of positioning, so that the lower end is removed from the groove of the guide block to cause the disorderly gear.

3) the cross locking pin (or steel ball) of the transmission shaft is too worn, and the transmission shaft can not be locked. After hanging in one position, the other unlocked transmission shaft can drive the transmission fork into the other gear.

4) the transmission shaft is broken, while the V3 parts of the North run are back to the neutral position, but the transmission is still on the gear. When the operation is wrong, it causes the phenomenon of hanging two files.

5) during maintenance, assembly errors or abnormal location of gears, bushings and spacers will also cause disorder.

6) the two axis front needle roller bearings are sintered, so that one shaft and two axes can be integrated into one, which is equal to hanging the direct gear. If the gear is hung again, it is linked to two stalls.
