When the starter rotates the crankshaft at a normal speed, the diesel engine can not be ignited by fire. The reason why the engine can not start is:

(1) no oil or tubing plugging in the tank.

(3) the injection time is not right.

(4) there is air in the fuel system.

(5) north Ben V3 accessories oil pump work bad, injection pump rack is stuck.

(6) injector needle valve wear excessive atomization bad, or needle valve card death. In addition, the pressure of the air leakage cylinder of the compression system is insufficient.

At the time of diagnosis, first check whether there is oil in the oil tank, the fuel tank switch is turned on, the vent on the tank cap is blocked; screw out the bleed screw fuel filter and fuel injection pump, hand pump oil pump, check whether the fuel gas outflow hole with bubble, if there is a bubble with the hand pump to pump oil excluded. And check the oil pipe joint, seal gasket and other places are sealed and not strict and intake. Check the oil pump work, such as when the oil pump oil, the feeling of oil is not smooth, it may be a failure in the oil pump, should be removed to repair. The starter for driving the engine to rotate, release the high-pressure tubing to see whether the high pressure oil flows out. If there is no oil outflow, the control arm can be pulled back and forth to check whether the fuel regulating gear rod is stuck in the stop position, and the fastening screw of the tooth ring is loosened. If the high pressure oil pipe of individual cylinder does not spray, the injection pump side cover should be removed to check whether the plunger spring is broken or stuck, and the plunger is bitten. The fuel injector is removed from the cylinder block and reinstalled on the high pressure oil pipe, then the plunger spring seat is leveraged with a screwdriver, so that the plunger pump oil is checked and the spray quality of the injector is checked. Adjustments should be made if the requirements are not met. Check whether the injection advance angle is correct and adjust when necessary. The above inspection is normal, and still can not start, should check the North V3 parts cylinder pressure is in line with the standard requirements.
