How to troubleshoot the abnormal noise of the transmission shaft in the repair of the heavy truck parts in Baotou

 When driving shaft is used, it often causes improper assembly and untimely maintenance due to loosely spaced joint with each department, resulting in abnormal shaking in the work.

(2) the transmission shaft is curved.

During driving, a periodical noise can be heard. The faster the speed, the louder the louder, the more serious the body shaking, the cab trembling, the steering wheel holding, the numbness of the hand. The reasons are as follows:

(1) the bending or improper installation of the transmission shaft;

The reasons are as follows:

(3) damage of rubber pad ring;

The intermediate bearing bracket fastening screws are too tight or loose.

When overhauling, check the looseness or tightness of the fastening screws of the bracket, so that the bearing position is skewed. If it is suitable to remove the intermediate support, check whether the bearing is lacking in lubricating oil or wear or not, and whether the rubber pad ring is damaged or not.
