1) fault phenomena

If there is an impact sound in the train, the backlash is usually too large.

If the speed is changed rapidly or there is abnormal sound on the uphill, the backlash is too large. The bearing should be replaced or adjusted according to the situation.

4. When the car is turning, there is abnormal sound. When the speed is low, it also has the sound, but the speed rises, that is, the northern Baotou Benz parts transmission planetary gear meshing clearance is too large, or half shaft gear and keyway wear.

When the speed is close to 60km/h, loosen the throttle. If there is abnormal sound at the rear axle and shake phenomenon, it will be the deformation of the half shaft bushing, so it should be corrected and repaired.
