Although all the new cars have been checked, they may be damaged because of the long parking time or careless transportation. In order to reduce the fault after the occurrence of the reliability and safety of driving the car, should be done before the necessary checks:

(1) check the tightening of each part of the car, especially pay attention to the safety parts of the inspection tendency, brake and so on. Check whether the brake system (including parking brake) and the steering gear work normally and reliably when starting the train.

(2) check the lights, horns, North V3 fittings, instrumentation and signal devices and wiper operation is normal. Check whether the electrolyte liquid level of the battery meets the standard (should be flooded plate 10-15mm) requirements.

(3) check whether the fittings, engine and transmission system of North V3 have abnormal sound. Check the radiator and the connection parts whether there is leakage phenomenon. Check the height and leakage of the oil level in the engine, transmission, rear axle and steering gear of the North V3 fittings.

(4) check whether the oil supply system leaks. Check whether the tire pressure meets the standard requirements.
