According to the use and structure characteristics, the common failures and troubleshooting methods of the sprinkler power takeoff are described as follows:

1. bearing damage and oil seal leakage

The bearing damage and oil seal leakage are caused by the high temperature of the power takeoff, and the main reasons for the high temperature of the power takeoff are as follows:

(1) it can not be removed in time without the use of the force holder's daily inch (such as watering tank and watering). Because the speed of the force taking device is very high, the method of splash lubrication is adopted, and the uneven lubrication will inevitably aggravate the heat build-up of friction. Under the influence of double factors of lubrication and poor heat dissipation, it will cause high temperature, bearing and oil seal damage of the power takeoff.

(2) water intake of force taking device. The water causes deterioration of lubricating oil, bad lubrication and heat build-up of friction. If it is not found in time, it will speed up the damage of all parts of the power takeoff unit of Baotou heavy truck.

Encountered such problems, in addition to replacing Baotou North Ben heavy truck accessories damaged parts. We must strengthen the use and maintenance management. One is that the driver is required to remove the force taking device without using the power takeoff; two, the maintenance personnel regularly check the oil level and the oil quality of the power takeoff once a week, and find abnormal addition or replacement in time.

2. connecting gear damage

Multi function watering car is controlled by pneumatic valve, and it is often caused by gas leakage or pneumatic valve failure.

Troubleshooting: thoroughly overhaul the gas path, and replace the leak fittings, so that the normal pressure.

3. output shaft connection parts deformation

The deformation of the output shaft connecting parts is caused by repeated impact, such as the failure of the 3 multi-function sprinkler in our unit, the inspection found that the connection semicircle key deformation, connecting keyway becomes larger.

At this point, the new connector should be replaced, and the driver should be trained in standard operation.

4. is not out of stock

(1) electromagnetic valve heating is stuck. In case of this fault, the solenoid valve should be cleaned or replaced.

(2) loosen the nut of the shifting fork. If the nut falls off, the cylinder seat of the force taking device should be removed, replaced with a new locking piece, and the nut will be tightened.

(3) looseness of nut on piston rod. Inspection method: remove the cylinder head of the power takeoff cylinder to see whether the nut on the piston rod is loose or not. If the nut loose, should be re tightened in the cotter pin.

(4) the performance of the spring on the piston rod of the power takeoff is weakened or damaged. By pushing the piston rod by hand, if the feeling is empty, it is proved that the spring on the piston rod of the power takeoff has been damaged. The cylinder seat must be removed and the new spring should be replaced.

5. can't hang up

(1) lack of air pressure. Observing the pressure value on the table, if the pressure is lower than the working pressure, to force the throttle pressure increase; if the pressure is normal, check the electromagnetic valve before and after the trachea is blocked, whether the pipeline leakage, if the leak should overhaul, so that the pressure to maintain the normal value.

(2) piston stuck. At this point, the cylinder of the force removing device should be removed, the piston rod should be removed, the piston should be checked, the piston or O ring should be replaced according to the specific conditions, and the inner wall contamination of the cylinder can be removed.

(3) the damage of the cylinder piston seal ring of the power takeoff: replace the piston sealing ring of Baotou North Ben heavy truck parts.

(4) failure of control system. If the solenoid valve does not work, the solenoid valve should check the validity, sensitivity, circuit safety and good or bad switch, according to the inspection results for repair or replacement.

When the gear meshing of the transmission mechanism is poor, and the connecting bolts of the fork and the push rod are loose, the power take-off device will have abnormal sound. When the fault first check all parts of fastening bolts are loose, and check the lubricating oil, clean up the dirt in time, keep parts clean and intact, prevent bump and scratch.
