The first thing you need to know is how the supercharger seals the oil
Supercharger is built on the pressure behind the impeller and the pressure of the middle cavity to seal the oil. The higher the pressure difference is, the better the sealing effect is, otherwise it will leak easily.
Therefore, it is not difficult to assume that any factors that do not cause the normal pressure difference will cause the turbocharger to leak oil.
Through the analysis of the fault pieces, it is found that many parts of the supercharger which show oil leakage are not damaged. In most cases, it is not the supercharger damage, but the damage of the individual parts of the engine system or the whole vehicle, which results in the normal pressure differential of the supercharger, which results in the passive oil leakage of the turbocharger.
So, how do you eliminate the root cause of the turbocharger's oil leakage?
First observe the supercharger impeller whether there is damage, whether there is clean shell, if have the gap detection tool professional, can use gap detection tools to detect if the clearance is qualified, that did not damage the internal supercharger. You can check engine damage as follows:
Check that the crankcase breather is blocked
Check the northern Baotou air supply fittings, air filter, air inlet pipe is blocked, deformation, if necessary, need to replace the damaged pipe
Please check whether the exhaust pipe of Baotou North exhaust fittings is leaking or not. If necessary, replace the damaged pipe
Check that the crankcase breather is blocked, and if necessary, clean the respirator
Check whether the turbocharger return pipe in Baotou north is blocked or deformed. If necessary, replace the return pipe
Check whether the oil level is too high, if necessary, lower the oil level
Self check whether there is a long period of idle operation habits (more than 20 minutes), if there is a need to change the habit of long idle
• does self inspection have any other irregularities (e.g. frequent use of exhaust brake)?
