North running V3 parts maintenance knowledge, sprinkler manual transmission jump gear fault cause and troubleshooting

The sprinkler transmission gear jumping fault phenomenon: sprinkler transmission in the driving rod automatically jump back to a neutral position. This phenomenon occurs mainly in the middle and high speed, sudden change in load or severe vibration of the sprinkler, and most of them are in high gear stalls.
Reasons for the trouble of gear shift in sprinkler truck:
L, the transmission gear, gear sleeve or synchronizer cone disc tooth wear is excessive, formed along the direction of tooth meshing, produces an axial thrust, in the work and the vibration shaking, the speed change of the inertial impact force, meshing gear axially away;
2, North Ben V3 accessories, gear lever bending deformation, wear too much, fixed screws loose or deformation of the gear lever, so that the gear can not engage properly;
3, self-locking device wear loose, spring elasticity is insufficient or broken, resulting in insufficient locking force, so that the variable fork shaft can not be reliably positioned;
4, gear or gear sleeve worn too far, along the length of the tooth into a cone;
5, the shaft and bearing wear serious, the axial clearance is too large, or first, second axis and the intermediate shaft is not parallel, so that the gear can not engage in normal gear up and down, causing the jump gear;
6, the shaft spline gear and sliding gear flower keyway worn out too much;
7, second axis spline distortion or key teeth wear transition, the lock nut loose, causing the axle or gear of the front and back transmission;
8, North Benz V3 accessories synchronizer locking pin loosening, synchronizer apart or engaging tooth length direction has serious wear;
9, sprinkler transmission fixed is not firm.
Judgment and elimination of gear shift fault of sprinkler transmission:
L, in the discovery of a gear jump, still change the gear shift gear, and then remove the sprinkler transmission cover to see gear meshing, such as good meshing, should check the transmission fork shaft locking mechanism;
2, hand drive gear shift test fork positioning device, such as poor positioning, need to remove the change fork shaft, check the ball and spring, such as spring too soft or broken, should be replaced. If the change fork groove is worn out, repair or replace it;
3, check the gear meshing, such as gear is not fully engaged, with hand push jump gear gear or gear sets the correct meshing, should check the transmission fork is bent or too much wear, and a transmission fork fixed screw is loose, fork end and gear for groove clearance is too large. If the shifting fork bending should be corrected, if the lower part of the shifting fork is worn out and the loose gear groove is loose, it should be removed and repaired;
4, such as the transmission mechanism is good, and gear or gear sleeve can engage correctly, should check whether the gear wear into a cone, such as severe wear, should be replaced;
5, check the northern V3 fittings bearings and shaft wear, such as shaft wear serious, loose bearings or gear shaft moving along the axial direction, should be removed, repaired or replaced;
6, check synchronizer work, if there is a fault, should be repaired or replaced;
7, check the sprinkler transmission fixed bolts, such as loose, should be tightened.
