Proper maintenance and driving will not only extend the service life of the vehicle, but also help improve the economy of the oil and fuel.
1. start engine preparation
1) check whether the parking brake valve handle is tight

2. engine starting
1) switch on the power switch, make sure the gear lever is in neutral position, and the hand brake is in the braking state.
2) insert boot key, turn the start key to driving the position “ON” charging indicator light and the oil pressure indicator light. Turn the start key to the position “STRAT” and start the engine. After the engine runs smoothly, the indicator goes out.
After starting, do not suddenly increase the throttle.
3. driving notes
1) to avoid speeding of the engine; when the downhill is running, we should pay close attention to it, in case the engine of Baotou North rush truck parts is running too fast. Especially when switching into low gear, the engine is easy to overspeed.
2) if the truck is found to have abnormal noise or odor while driving, stop and check the cause of the trouble.
3) stop driving and check the cause of the malfunction when the indicator or instrument is not correct.

5) do not put the foot on the clutch pedal when driving, otherwise the clutch will be separated from each other, resulting in premature wear of the clutch lining.

The continuous use of the foot brake may cause the brake to overheat and cause brake failure. The brake is easy to skid in rainy weather, and good effect can be obtained by using exhaust brake.

4. parking
When the car is under heavy load or high speed operation for a long time, the engine should gradually reduce the speed and load before stopping, and must run at idle for 3~5 minutes, so that the temperature of each part of the diesel engine will gradually cool down. This allows the turbocharger to rotate at a low speed to avoid the high speed operation of the supercharger in the absence of oil pressure, and damage the bearings and oil seals to prolong the life of the turbocharger bearings.
