Troubleshooting

The pneumatic force taking device is mainly used in heavy duty dump trucks. It is mainly composed of three parts: drive mechanism, connecting mechanism and control mechanism. The most common failure in these three parts is the control mechanism, which uses the solenoid valve switching mode. The electromagnetic valve controls the control cylinder of the force taking device so as to complete the hanging and stopping work of the force taking device. The transmission mechanism and the connecting mechanism should also be regularly maintained and maintained.
