Two, the engine temperature is too high method of elimination
When the engine is in operation, the water temperature is too high, it should pay attention to observe the fault phenomenon, find out the reason, be excluded. If it is not for cooling water to leak, there should be two cases to analyze and remove the fault. 1. sudden high water temperature. Check that the expansion cylinder of the thermostat is broken and that the rupture should be replaced. If a large number of water, and the temperature of the radiator is not uniform, then some cooling pipe blocked, in the winter should pay attention to. When the water inlet is turned a little and the engine temperature is low and high, the pipe is damaged or blocked and should be replaced in time. If not for these reasons, it is possible that the cooling system is too thick and the waterways are sluggish. If the water inlet does not turn water, then the cooling system surface and engine mechanical parts shall be carefully checked and analyzed.
First of all, check whether the shutter is closed or not open enough, fan rotation is normal, if everything is normal, and the engine is still overheating, you should check the fan volume. If the wind is not enough, adjust the angle of the fan blade and bend the blade properly or change the fan blade.
