The speed of diesel engine is the fault that the speed of diesel engine is out of control and the speed is higher and higher. Speed will cause diesel engine cylinder, broken shaft and other major accidents. Diesel engines are usually in the beginning or work, the load suddenly disappeared or reduced when there will be a car failure, and work under the load, there will be no car failure. There’s a reason for the car going off:
1. governor shell too much oil of GAD, speed governor; friction clutch slip; governor speed limit screw and safety gear loose; fast prolapse or seizure; speed spring breakage, thrust bearing or bearing damage to governor, governor failure, make speed.
2. single cylinder diesel engine single injection pump speed regulator sliding sleeve stuck, resulting in speed failure, there is a car failure.
3., injection pump plunger coupling due to the installation of skew or oil stuck, can not turn, especially multi cylinder pump, there will be a decrease in load, fuel supply can not be changed, resulting in a coaster.
4., Baotou North rush parts, fuel injection pump adjustment gear at the maximum oil supply position, or rack and governor rod pull off, out of control, resulting in speed.
5. some fuel injection pump plunger into the oil return hole in the same plane, if the plunger set screws long blocked back hole, resulting in poor oil return, led to supply surge will lead to runaway.
6., inertia oil bath air filter in too much oil, was sucked into the cylinder combustion, equivalent to increase the fuel supply, but also will speed up, resulting in speed.
When a diesel engine is running a car, if it does not stop immediately, it will cause serious consequences. Therefore, when a speed change occurs, a diesel engine should be stopped immediately:
1. put the throttle handle on the non oil position, open the pressure relief device, so that the cylinder has no compression force, you can flameout.
2. use wrench to loosen the fittings of high pressure oil pipe joint nut in Baotou north, so that the diesel engine does not supply oil, and can also cause the diesel engine to stall.
3. block the north of Baotou, relax the air intake pipe, the diesel engine can not absorb air, it will flame out.
4., in the running state can use high-grade heavy load, namely brake, will reduce the engine speed, and then flameout. After the emergency measures are taken to stop the diesel engine, the train failure can be ruled out according to the principle mentioned above.
