Exclude:
1., in the car, the north to move the V3 parts, separation and removal fork, so that the separation of the front end of the bearing gently lean on the end of the separation lever, rotating clutch for a week to view. If the inner end of the separation lever can not be in contact with the separation bearing at the same time, the height of the separation lever is inconsistent, and the adjustment should be adjusted. If the separation lever is highly consistent and still incomplete, check the lever height and transfer the lever to the same height. If it can be completely separated, it can be explained that the original adjustment is improper or worn out. The free stroke of the pedal must be readjusted after disengaging the lever adjustment.
2. if the adjustment is normal, still not completely separated, we must remove the North-Benz V3 clutch parts, check whether the installed anti driven disc, axial movement is difficult, the driven disk warping, separation lever screw is loose, floating pin is off.
3., for the new riveted friction clutch, check whether the driven plate and friction plate is too thick; if too thick, can be in the North V3 fittings, clutch cover and flywheel between the gasket.
4. for hydraulic clutch, in addition to the above inspection, but also check the brake fluid is missing, the pipe leaks and discharge the air in the hydraulic system.
