Failure phenomenon
(1) when the engine is idling, the operating handle is replaced by P or N bits in the R, D, S, L (or 2, or 1) engines.
(2) in the forward or reverse gear, the engine stops when the brake pedal is pressed.
Two, the cause of failure
(1) Baotou North Benz parts engine idling too low.
(2) the locking control valve in the valve plate is stuck.
(3) faulty switch.
(4) the input shaft speed sensor is faulty.
Three, fault diagnosis and exclusion
(1) check engine idle speed in neutral or stop. Normal engine idle speed should be 750r/min. If the idle speed is too low, should be adjusted.
(2) for the electronic control automatic transmission signal, the fault self diagnosis should be carried out, according to the fault code to find the cause of the fault.
(3) check the signal of the switch should be consistent with the position of the handle, otherwise it should be adjusted or replaced.
(4) check the speed sensor of North Baotou Benz parts input shaft. If damaged, should be replaced.
(5) remove the valve plate and check the lock control valve. If the card lag should be cleaned after polishing. If it can not be excluded, the valve plate should be replaced. If there is a large amount of friction powder in the oil sump of the North Benz parts of Baotou, the automatic transmission should be completely decomposed to be repaired.
