(6) the spline shaft and the sliding gear spline groove wear too much;

The judgment and elimination of the gear shifting fault:

4, such as the transmission mechanism is good, and the gear or gear sets can be properly engaged, you should check the gear is worn into a cone, such as severe wear should be replaced;
5) check the bearing and shaft wear, such as shaft wear serious, loose bearing or variable speed shaft along the axial movement, should be removed repair or replacement;
6) check the working condition of the synchronizer, if the fault should be repaired or replaced;
