North Benz V3 parts steering heavy for many reasons: lack of steering hydraulic oil, air or oil storage tank; filter clogging or filter is used for a long time, the damage will block oil hole; pump valve on adverse effect; the sealing ring on the piston booster or seal two the radial body of the sealing ring groove in the middle of the ring valve damage; adverse effect (the gap is too large or not tightly closed); one-way valve (oil) and adverse effect will cause heavy steering. Oil pump pressure and the steering rod ball head wear, steering knuckle kingpin lubrication is not good, will cause heavy steering.
In the event of a heavy steering failure, the following tests shall be performed and:
(1) check whether the oil surface of the hydraulic oil tank is too low. If the oil level is too low, should be added to the hydraulic oil, the oil dipstick reached the prescribed height. If there is air in the hydraulic oil, should carefully check whether the hydraulic pump tubing rupture, cracks, joints loose. The air in the hydraulic oil should be discharged after troubleshooting.
(2) check whether the filter element is broken or damaged in the oil tank, such as the damage should be replaced with a new filter, such as dirty should be cleaned.
(3) check the pump oil pump flow and the role of the safety valve is good. The method is as follows:
A pressure gauge C and a valve D with a measuring range of 150bar are installed on the high-pressure oil pipe of the steering pump and steering gear. Open the valve, start the engine idle, short-term closure of pressure gauge 5 seconds (not for a long time, in order to avoid the pump overheating damage), check if the pressure gauge, pressure gauge pressure is 130bar no longer continue to rise, that steering hydraulic pump works normally; if higher than 130bar, the safety valve is not allowed, should be adjusted to 130bar; if the pressure the table shows that the pressure is lower than 130bar, the steering hydraulic pump wear large, internal leakage, flow control valve, safety valve to adjust properly, should be re adjusted. If the adjustment does not meet the requirements, the steering hydraulic pump should be replaced.
(4) check valve, the effect is good. If the gap is too large is not tightly closed, replace the steering screw and the slide valve.
(5) check the sealing ring on the booster piston, the sealing function of the middle sealing ring of the radial groove of the valve body is good. Replace new parts if necessary. At the same time should check whether the oil pump surface damage.
(6) the ball valve and valve seat check check valve is sealed, if due to dirt pad is not tightly closed, should be thoroughly cleaned; if the valve itself is closed due to lax, should be replaced with new parts.
(7) check beiben use and lubrication fittings of V3 horizontal and vertical bar ball pin, such as wear, should be replaced.
(8) check the lubrication condition of the main pin and bushing of the steering parts of North Ben V3, because of the bad lubrication, it will lead to the difficulty of steering.
