Drive axle and wheel reducer lubricating oil in two parts, mutual impassability, mainly by the semi shaft seal to seal the partition. Beiben axle seal oil V3 parts, lubricating oil into the wheel reducer, causing wheel reducer oil rises, washed oil seal, flow to the brake drum, causing the brake is not good, endanger the safety of driving. Half shaft oil seal the main reasons are the following:
(1) north Ben V3 parts drive axle reducer oil too much, oil surface over normal height.
(2) the drive axle reducer vent plug, driving, temperature, pressure rise, oil is squeezed out, resulting in damage of the oil seal.
(3) oil seal deterioration aging, loss of sealing effect.
(4) oil seal installation is not right.
(5) oil seal and half shaft casing installation too loose; half shaft oil seal quality is not good, size inconsistent.
(6) half shaft neck wear, size change.
(7) loose wheel bearing, reducer bearing Songkuang, half shaft jitter.
In order to effectively prevent North Ben V3 fittings half shaft oil seal leakage, should do the following:
(1) each oil, oil should be required and the oil level as qi;
(2) each stage of maintenance, remove the reducer vent cleaning;
(3) for the use of qualified half shaft oil seal, the use of supporting plant production of oil seal;
(4) oil seal should be installed correctly to avoid touching and scraping;
(5) check the tightness of the hub bearing by two level maintenance, so as not to loosen;
(6) timely replacement of aging oil seal.
