1 working principle
The exhaust gas of diesel engine through the turbine shell into the nozzle, the heat and pressure of exhaust gas energy into kinetic energy, and the flow direction of the turbine blade, pushing its rotating speed, drive the compressor impeller coaxial with the same high-speed rotation siphon effect, the fresh air after the air cleaner is sucked into the compressor casing, passes through the diffuser the speed and density of airflow increases the pressure increases, the kinetic energy of air flow through the compressor and diffuser for pressure can further improve the pressure into the engine intake pipe, in order to achieve the purpose of improving the power of the engine air intake pressure.
2 Structure
Baotou beiben turbocharger parts mainly has two parts of the compressor and turbine.
The compressor part include: single stage centrifugal compressor and diffuser, and the compressor casing.
Turbine part: mainly including the turbine shell, single – stage radial flow turbine.
The turbine shaft and turbine are welded together by friction welding. The compressor impeller is mounted on the turbine shaft with clearance fit, and is pressed by a nut, the turbine is also shaft assembly, and the compressor impeller passes through a precise single dynamic balance, which ensures the normal operation of the rotary press.

The compressor, turbine shell, intermediate is the main fixed part, turbine shell and intermediate pressure plate is connected with bolts, the compressor shell and intermediate see through the diffuser plate, plate or bolt, the compressor casing can be installed at any angle axis rao.
