In addition to the heavy steering, there is also a clearance (or free stroke) of the steering wheel that is too large. The reason for the excessive clearance of the steering wheel is that:
(1) the circulation ball and screw, the nut and the clearance of the steering gear of the V3 fittings are too big.
(2) the steering ball joint is worn out, and the main pin thrust bearing is loose. The front wheel bearing is loose. The moving clearance of the steering wheel is too large, which will seriously affect the safe driving of the vehicle, and must be checked and removed in time. After the disintegration of the steering machine, if it is found that the ball and the screw, nut clearance gap is too large, you should replace parts; if there is no accessories, in order to ensure safe operation, it is best to change the steering machine assembly. When a fault occurs in a ladder mechanism, the abrasion of the ball joint of the cross bar should be checked. If the ball joint is loose, it must be replaced. In order to prolong the service life of the ball joint, the grease nozzle can be added and grease is injected regularly. North V3 fittings, steering knuckle thrust bearing damage, main pin bushing damage, should remove the steering knuckle, replace bushing and bearing. In the use of steering kingpin must pay attention to lubrication, each time a guarantee should be injected grease, half a grease gun as well. If it is running north, V3 parts, hub bearings, wear, it is best to replace, and adjust the preload of the bearings.
