There are two kinds of heat sink repair: welding repair and plugging.

Welding repair method:

(1) repair of the sewer chamber. The common damage of the water chamber is the hole and the sag, and the hole can be repaired by the thin copper skin. The sag can be repaired by the drawing method.

This method is easy to operate and is especially suitable for repair on the way. The operation method of using the plugging agent is as follows:

(1) cleaning the radiator. After adding 2% soda water, the engine will run for about 5 minutes at 80 degrees Celsius. When the hot water is released and the water is filled up, the engine will start and the water will be released when the temperature rises to 80 degrees.

(2) dismantle the thermostat.

(3) the proportion of plugging agent and water is 1:20, and plugging agent and water are added in the cooling system.

(4) start the engine, raise the water temperature to 80-85, and keep it for 30 minutes.
