It is difficult to start the diesel engine. After starting, the exhaust pipe has white smoke, which is usually caused by low temperature of the V3 parts in the north, the late oil supply and the water in the oil. The steps of diagnosis and exclusion are as follows:

(1) after checking the oil well, but starting in the white smoke from the exhaust pipe out, and the starting symptom is obvious, or "sudden burst," after the sound of starter and engine automatically disengaged, then continue to start preheating, then, if it is easy to start, and the white smoke is lost, when starting the engine temperature is too low.

(2) after the preheating, the North V3 parts engine can not be started, the exhaust is still white smoke, oil supply is good, it should check whether there is water in diesel.

(3) the North Ben V3 accessories engine has normal temperature and no water in the oil. The engine still doesn't move, and the white smoke or gray white smoke should be checked. Whether the oil supply advance angle should meet the requirements is checked. If it is too small, it should be adjusted.

(4) the engine is running normally, but the exhaust white smoke, can stop the oil cylinder by inspection methods, the injector cylinder unloading of suspicious injection test; if the oil dripping phenomenon, should check whether the deformation, the injection pressure is too low or the needle valve wear, and solve the problem promptly.
