1) failure phenomenon
This fault shows the abnormal sound when the clutch pedal is trampled or relaxed during the use of the clutch.
2) the cause of the failure
(1) the separation bearing of the northern rush parts of Baotou is short of oil or wear, and the back spring is soft, broken or shedding.
Split lever screw break or bracket pin and hole wear loose.
(3) the loosening of the rivet of the clutch or the exposure of the rivet head.
The clutch disc keyway and the spindle key tooth wear too much.
The clutch piece steel piece broken or the shock absorption spring break.
The pedal return spring is too soft or broken off.
3) analysis and diagnosis
(1) the engine is running at idle speed, the clutch pedal is completely relaxed, and the sound of discontinuous impact is heard.
A., if the pedal can be lifted up, and the sound will disappear after lifting up, this is the return spring of the pedal is too soft, shedding or breaking, so that the separated bearing can't return to the original place and the scraping and separating lever can be caused. At this time, the return spring should be replaced.
B., if the pedal position can be returned to the original position, the clutch bottom cover should be removed to check whether the return spring of the separated bearing is effective. If the clearance between the bearing and the separation lever is in conformity with the regulations, it should be restored.
(2) the sound of the idle running of the engine and the sound of the clutch pedal.
A. when Baotou beiben parts release bearing and separation lever just contact, heard the noise, but preliminary judgement for the separation of bearing, ball and raceway bad lubrication oil; if there is still sound, is due to lack of oil bearing damage, broken or dead ball bearing can rotate. The bearing should be replaced.
B. unload the clutch bottom cover, observe the separation bearing operation, sparks appear, indicating that the separation bearing has not been sintered and should be replaced.
When C. treads on the clutch pedal, the sound is heard. This is the breakage of the separation bearing frame or the broken ball of the ball, and the bearing should be replaced.
D. in double disc clutch, pedal pedal is ringing. If the engine running speed is changed repeatedly, the noise will be greater, and the pedal will disappear. The sound will disappear. This is due to the loose and loose opening between the pin and the transmission pin of the middle pressure plate, if it is not serious, it can continue to use. In severe cases, the transmission pin can be converted to 90 degrees to eliminate noise. If it can not be solved, the old drive pin or the intermediate pressure plate should be used to restore the original fit clearance.
3. When the vehicle starts, the sound of the clutch pedal when it is just relaxed:
A. will engage in the clutch to hear sharp whistle, then tread down pedal, pedal sound disappeared, relax again. This is the result of the breakage of the driven plate steel sheet or the rivet head exposed and shaving the pressure plate or flywheel, and should be overhauled.
B. clutch pedal just relaxed, heard "Katai" a sound, and then just stepped down the pedal, can also hear the same sound. Most of them come from the loosening of the separate lever, the loosening of the rivet from the driven disc or the friction lining, and also due to the excessive wear of the spline hub between the driven hub and the transmission shaft. For the driven plate, the rivet loosening and the spline wear are excessive. It can be checked by the following methods: the engine is flameout, the clutch bottom cover is removed, the clutch pedal is stepped down, and the other one uses a screwdriver to stir the driven plate. If the volume is large, it will be a failure.
C. Baotou beiben fitting the clutch pedal at very slow speed up vehicle collision started a "choking when" sound, this is the main part and the driven combination caused by sudden. The reasons come from two aspects: one is the transmission lag of the rod system, which causes the pressure plate to suddenly press towards the driven plate; the two is the deformation of the driven plate or the oil stain on the friction lining, which results in the collision of the clutch intermittently.
