3. Analysis and diagnosis

At the time of diagnosis, it is analyzed according to the feeling of the shift and the accompanying sound.

When the gearshift lever manipulates heavy or deviates from the position, it is caused by the control mechanism failure. If it is in disorder, the length and position of the rod will be adjusted according to the regulations. If it is worn or deformed, the wear parts should be replaced.

When the gear is in the right place, when it is difficult or slightly noisy when hanging two or three or four or five gears, the damage of synchronizer is mostly due to the reduction of friction effect.
