When using LNG truck in winter, we must pay attention to the following contents,

1, every gas filling to ensure that the air port clean, to avoid water and stolen goods into the gas cylinder caused by pipeline blockage, after filling, buckle the filling seat and return air seat dust cover.

2, the North V3 engine coolant must be prepared by regular manufacturers antifreeze, and antifreeze can not be lower than the minimum water tank scale, to avoid carburetor gasification disorder.

3, if the pipeline or valve is frozen, use clean oil free warm water or hot nitrogen defrost, and then do the operation, don't use hammer percussion.

4, North rush V3 accessories filter element must be cleaned or replaced in time, to avoid the filter element dirty blocking pipeline.

5, before the car stop, need idle running for 3 minutes, after the water temperature is stable, then power off parking.

6, vehicle parking overnight, to close down North Benz V3 parts of inlet valve, a liquid outlet valve, vent valve, start the vehicle to the automatic flameout, avoid pipeline plugging due to low night temperature more than Qibing.

7, can not be frozen as a booster coil, frozen or dirty shall promptly clean up, to ensure smooth progress of booster.

8. When the vehicle starts, it should run idle for 3 minutes, and then run the vehicle when the water temperature reaches 40 degrees.

9, the vehicles in front, and the liquid outlet valve opening (clockwise and counterclockwise direction to close the opening), please slow operation is open, open speed may cause excess flow valve automatically shut down, will not be able to supply gas cylinders.

10. Regularly check the fastening gas cylinder pipe joint, strictly prohibit the use of hammer or other hard things knocking pipe or joint.
