Troubleshooting:
When the turbocharger noise is too large, it is necessary to check whether the exhaust pipe seal is reliable, and then check whether the turbocharger lubrication is good, and finally decompose turbocharger, check whether the internal parts damage.
Analysis of overheating reason of turbocharger:
The engine fuel supply advance angle is too small, so that the exhaust temperature is too high, resulting in turbocharger speed is too high, temperature rise;
The injection of poor quality, after burning is serious, cause the exhaust temperature, resulting in turbocharger overheating; insufficient lubrication, lubricating oil pressure of high temperature, insufficient oil supply, heat reduction, supercharger temperature.
The decrease of pressurization pressure leads to the decrease of air flow, resulting in the increase of turbocharger temperature.
Troubleshooting:
When the turbocharger is overheated, the fuel timing and fuel injection quality of the engine should be checked first, and then check whether the turbocharger oil supply is normal, and finally check whether the internal parts of the supercharger are damaged.
Cause analysis of abnormal damage of turbocharger:
The lubricating oil is not clean, the working speed of the supercharger is more than 6000 rpm, and its bearings require liquid lubrication. Therefore, the cleanliness of lubricating oil has a great influence on its service life;
The lubricating oil pressure is low and the fuel supply is insufficient. The pressure of the lubricating oil of the supercharger is usually above 200 thousand kPa, and the low oil pressure will cause insufficient oil supply to the bearing, thus losing the liquid lubrication condition and causing abnormal wear of the bearing.
Troubleshooting:

Cause analysis of pressurization pressure drop:

Troubleshooting:

Therefore, the radial clearance and axial clearance of the rotor must be measured carefully when the turbocharger is decomposed and repaired, and the phenomenon of scratching is observed.
Analysis of early wear of turbocharger bearing:
When the engine is started in winter, throttle or start immediately;
Engine flameout before the throttle immediately after flameout, so that the rotor shaft due to instantaneous high speed rotating oil loss burned bearings;
Stop the vehicle in the long term, restart without pre lubrication turbocharger, the rotor bearing oil and burn.
Troubleshooting:
When the diesel engine starts, the oil pressure and temperature of the oil engine must be started after the normal start. Especially when the cold car starts in winter, the idle speed must be started after heating up, and the throttle should not be stopped at the same time;
The diesel engine must be idle for 3-5 minutes before flameout, and the engine can be stopped when the turbocharger speed is reduced;
For the newly opened vehicle, it is necessary to lubricate the supercharger first. The method is to remove the oil inlet pipe of the turbocharger, and pour a proper amount of clean oil into the oil inlet so as to realize the lubrication of the turbocharger bearing and rotor.
