The flameout of the WD615 series engine is accomplished by means of an exhaust brake. When you want to turn off the engine, the driver on the exhaust brake valve button, ventilation exhaust brake butterfly valve power cylinder, valve power cylinder, valve heart valve plug rotation, exhaust pipe, at the same time on the exhaust brake valve button, stop oil cylinder action, the oil content to the position, in order to achieve the engine flameout the purpose of.
The main reasons for failure to extinguish the flame according to correct operation are as follows:
(1) the failure of the exhaust brake button valve. Leak or pipeline rupture caused by ventilation, power cylinder valve does not work, so the butterfly valve is not the rotation of the exhaust pipe blocked; stop cylinder ventilation and air leakage, the amount of oil in a certain position, the engine cannot flameout.
(2) Baotou North exhaust fittings, exhaust butterfly valve, power cylinder trouble. Do not work, leak, although the exhaust brake button valve, but because the power cylinder leak, the piston stroke is not large, the exhaust pipe is blocked, it can not flameout.
(3) exhaust brake butterfly valve and power cylinder linkage loose, power cylinder although action, can not stop exhaust pipe.
(4) Baotou North rush spare parts, fuel injection pump plunger bite, plunger spring fracture, stop oil cylinder although action, but pull the throttle adjustment rod, causing the engine to rotate at a certain speed.
(5) Baotou North rush spare parts throttle wire stuck, not back, can not stop the oil supply, it can not flameout.
Removal method:
(1) if it is a button valve or stop cylinder failure, it should be replaced.
(2) butterfly valve power cylinder failure should be repaired, if damaged seriously, should be replaced.
(3) the linkage should be loosened and the leakage should be replaced. Nylon – 11 pipeline shall be replaced.
(4) if it is the plunger of the fuel injection pump, it should be checked and repaired and checked on the calibration table.
(5) if the throttle wire is stuck, it does not return position. The throttle cable should be replaced.
