First, fasten the joints of the hoses around the engine of the North V3 fittings to prevent the leakage of oil. Secondly, the fastening of each line and the electric equipment plug, prevent short circuit faults and ground and affect the normal work of electrical equipment. Again, check and tighten the main connections. Such as North V3 fittings, generator belts, steering linkage, brake devices, connecting points, transmission lines and tires, etc..
Check: the height of the liquid: no matter what kind of liquid level is checked, the car should be parked on the ground first. 4 、 injector fault

5 、 the trouble of oil supply drive system
1) the gear lever of the governor is worn out so that the oil supply rack rod can not reach the position of starting oil quantity and rated oil supply.
2) stop the oil cylinder stuck at the lowest oil level, can not cause the engine to fire, or stop the oil cylinder part of the connection off.
3) the connecting pin of the control rod is seriously worn and can not play a controlling role.
Troubleshooting and troubleshooting
1, first of all, check Baotou North rush truck parts fuel tank oil level, if no oil or oil level is too low, should be filling. The oil foot, hand oil pump, and open the bleeder screw diesel oil filter, check whether there is air circuit, such as a row net. If air exhaust is not clean, check that the tubing connections are loose and the tubing is broken. Particular emphasis should be placed on checking whether the metal filter in the oil separator is blocked.
3, hand pump oil pump and open the screw plug diesel oil filter, check whether there is water, if there is water, water in the tank should be released, re adding qualified diesel.
4, with the hand pump, pump oil, feel no pumping force, pump oil is not repeated, that is, the hand pump piston wear too much, or the valve was contaminated pad, or wear serious and sealed lax. Should overhaul or change the hand pump, if in the pump oil feel elastic and resistance, in the handle under pressure is very happy, and release the handle can automatically back, indicating the oil pump into the oil pipe to the tank has obstruction. At this point, the fuel tank to the oil-water separator, to the pump line, all replaced by transparent pressure plastic pipes, the oil flow and obstruction is very clear. In addition, the hand pump cover seal is not good, it will cause oil pump, pump oil bad.
5, through the above inspection, such as all normal, should check the fuel injection pump work, check whether the drive gear loose, bad, fuel injection advance angle whether change, the coupling fixed bolt is loose. If the rotation of the engine fuel injection pump shaft, pump should remove the high pressure pipe joint, driven by engine starter, and will increase the throttle, if the injection pump tubing joints loose without oil outflow, should check and check the fuel pump. Test fuel injection pump should be in the oil pump test bench, according to the standard adjustment.
Check if the fuel injection pump, fuel injection advance angle are all normal, still won’t start, should remove the injector inspection, injection pressure, nozzle, if poor atomization, will cause the engine difficult to start. Be sure to change the standard diesel according to the season to prevent the diesel wax from waxing.
