The main reason for the oil leakage in the driving axle of Baotou heavy truck fittings is:

(1) 桥壳内加油过多超过正常高度或润滑油变质;壳体各连接部位螺栓松地劝。

(2) 包头北奔重卡配件桥壳上通气孔堵塞，行驶时，因油温升高，内压增大，油被压出;加油或放油塞没有按力矩拧紧。

(4) 轮毂轴承松动、差速器两端轴承松旷使半轴上下抖动，或半轴弯曲变形使油封刃口磨损损坏失去封油作用;主动齿轮连接凸缘松动;主动齿轮轴颈紧力不足。

(4) bearing loose ends, differential axle bearing looseness of the upper and lower jitter, or half shaft bending deformation of the oil seal edge wear damage lose oil sealing effect; gear flange looseness; insufficient gear shaft neck tension.

上述原因都将使驱动桥漏油。其危害会使主减速器和差速器润滑不良甚至无油润滑，加剧机件磨损，导致机件早期损坏;半轴油封损坏漏出的油液还会流入制动器室，或流入轮边减速器(斯太尔和奔驰柴油汽车)使其油位升高，油封被冲坏后流入制动器室，引起制动不良，危及行车安全。故应做好如下工作予以预防:、

All of the above causes the drive axle to leak oil. The harm will be the main reducer and differential lubrication even without oil lubrication, increased mechanical wear, causing parts of early damage; oil seal leakage will damage the half shaft into the brake chamber, or into the wheel reducer (Steyr and Benz diesel car) the level rises, the seal was washed out into the brake room, due to poor braking, endanger traffic safety. Therefore, the following work should be done to prevent it:,

(1) 检查包头北奔重卡配件驱动桥内的齿轮油是否过多或变质，如是应适当放出齿轮油至规定标准或更换;检查加油塞或放油塞是否未紧，如是应按规定拧紧力矩将螺塞拧紧;如油面降低，除添加外，还应查明原因，予以修复。

(3) 加强轮毂轴承和差速器轴承的检查调整，以及半轴直线度和轴颈圆度的检查、修复工作，保证半轴转动时不抖动和摆，以免损坏油封。

(4) 当发现主动齿轮轴端漏油时，若主动齿轮连接凸缘松动，则就上紧;若前油封磨损或损坏时，则应予以及时更换。

(5) 经常注意半轴油封的密封情况，一旦发现驱动桥内油面降低或轮边减速器内油位升高，及制动器内有油污痕迹时，或在进行上述第(3)项工作时，均应检查油封的完好情况，必要时更换。更换时，除选用合格的油封外，还应正确安装，使之不装反，不歪斜，不损伤刃口，须注意油封弹簧弹力既不过小，也不过大。
