Clutch shake

Clutch shaking is the phenomenon of vehicle shaking when the clutch is unstable. The clutch trembles, not only will affect the vehicle’s normal start, but also can damage the machine parts in the serious time.

The main reason for the clutch shaking is the following:

1. the inside of the separation claw is inconsistent with each other. (adjustable)

2. clutch housing and flywheel housing fixed bolts loose.

4. clutch driven disc rivet exposed cut touch plate.

5. driven disc warpage.

6. clutch pressure plate warping deformation, lack of spring elasticity.

Two clutch slipping

The vehicle can not start or start up difficult, do not add up, serious when a burnt smell, it is slipping clutch.

The reasons for the clutch slipping are as follows:

1. the clutch free stroke is too small, the separation shaft is confined in the inner end of the separation lever, the pressure plate is in a semi detached state and is slipping when the power is transmitted.

2. improper driver operation. Upslope shift is not timely, when the engine is shut off before changing into low gear; in order to save fuel and retaining sliding off, when the engine is started again, hang on the high gear, and method of relaxing the clutch pedal, forcing the engine start; add grinding slip clutch friction plate.

The 3. clutch pressure plate spring breaks, causes the transmission engine torque ability to reduce greatly, thus appears the skid phenomenon.
